I am very pleased with this windscreen. At 6'2" the stock windscreen did nothing but direct air and bugs into my chest and throat. This much taller upgrade has eliminated the bugs and the direct airflow. It still allows air to reach your shoulders but really protects your core and face. Very happy with this purchase.
Im 6 ft even and there occasionally is bit a wind on the top of my head but for the most part it keeps me in a nice little air pocket on the highway. Very comfortable I don't even need my earplugs very much and often leave the visor open on hot days. Fantastic comfort mod only surprise was i dropped from 40 mpg average to about 34-35ish. Seemed like a bit more drag than i was expecting but it is still a fantastic purchase well worth it.
I had a Zero Gravity sport touring windshield, the wind hit me in the middle of the helmet. I am very pleased with this product. I am 5'11" the wind goes over the top of my helmet. LOOKS GREAT ALSO! This will be great for taller riders.

Description
New larger outer tube which is extruded from a very high strength aluminum alloy. Approximately 22% lighter than the standard SPG Airframe running boards. Up to 1 lb reduction per side totaling up 2 lbs lighter per pair than Airframe boards. Allows rider to know exactly where the edge of the running board is at all times. Includes high traction plastic cleats for cross tubes and ice studs for outer tube.
It's nice that its taller than the original. The wind goes over my head now. Easy to install.
Just the right hight for my KLR and my face. Works great.
