This brightens up the world around me, and always puts me in a good mood to ride!
I was always taking my mirrored goggles off in the shade of the forest because it was too dark, but these are great in the sun and shadow, makes contrasts just pop helping you see every rock and root. and after a min you forget that everythings tinted slightly orange lol.
and I wear them at night too with no problem!... sometimes I'm even riding my motorcycle ;D
they handle dust and dirt pretty well, only micro scratches here and there.
and they dont fog up too bad. every now and then on cold days when I stopped would alittle condensation build up from me breathing, but it clears up quick too once you start moving.
Great buy if your looking to replace a lens
Why did I buy this lens? 1) Because it's thicker than the stock one supplied with my 100% Accuri goggles, thus the name "Plus". The stock lens is thin and flexible, about 0.8 mm thick, and doesn't feel like it will offer much protection against impacts. This lens is thicker and stiff, about 1.8 mm thick in the middle, tapering to 1.2 mm at the left and right sides. I wanted this lens for greater protection against road debris when riding my dual sport on streets and highways to the trails. 2) Because it's a shaded lens. The stock one is clear.
How Dark Is It? This smoked lens is not as dark as the "dark smoke" visor I have on my Shoei RF-SR street helmet, but it still seems to work ok in bright sun. With head-on sun, it is not as effective, but it does cut down on glare. This appears to be the darkest shade available. Wish they offered a darker shade. The 100% website says the light transmission for this lens is 25%, but it sure doesn't fee like you're getting a 75% reduction in light.
Similar Lens: I couldn't decide between this lens (-1- Silver Mirror Smoke) and the similar (-2- Silver FLASH Mirror Smoke), so I ordered both to try. I like -1- (this one) better because it's a more neutral shade of grey which doesn't change colors, while -2- gives a very slight warm tinge. Also, -2- appeared to have more glare with direct sunlight. The light reduction feels the same between the two.
The Good: They look good. they were nice and clear for a sand dune trip. didn't notice much fogging.
The Bad: for some reason i couldn't get them to sit all the way into the goggles. but they didn't end up flying off so they work.
The Summary: so this is the 3rd replacement lense i've bought for my 100% goggles. they are really nice lenses and i would still recommend them. i just couldn't get them "clicked" all the way in. so there were little pin sized holes near my nose. It wasn't enough to really bother me it just wasnt a perfect fit like my other 2 have been.
They worked great for a bright sunny day at the dunes so i would still recommend them.
I can’t believe it took me this long to find these lenses and 100% nailed it with the dual pane. I ride enduro trails in the mountains of NC regularly and when it gets cold out I always had issues with my goggles fogging.... Well, this product is the answer. I won’t ride without protective eyewear and don’t trust safety goggles which I see some folks using. If I are looking to eliminate fogging go with these lenses they will not disappoint. FYI.. if you buy the 100% Accuri Enduro Googles they come stock with the dual pane lense. The racecraft and Strata’s do not I don’t believe. Lastly, the other nice thing about 100% goggles is all the lenses are interchangeable between any of the goggles they make. Makes buying replacement lenses idiot proof. Love it!
Product arrived unopened in original 100% packaging with micro scratched across the entire exterior surface causing extreme glare anytime lens is exposed to direct sunlight. I don’t believe these will last long even with proper care as they scratch extremely easily. The orange exterior coating looks great and provides an awesome light tone when riding in bright sunlight and has significantly improved my visibility. I like 100% products but I will stick to the original Tint color next time and not buy this lens type again. I do not recommend this for off road usage.

They didn't seem like all that much of an improvement over the single layer pane lens. i needed a new replacement one since my regular ones were all scratched. i'm kinda on the fence about the pricing since the regular Strata Goggles as a whole are $25. so for $9 you can get a whole new frame and strap. So overall if you ride alot and need to replace them frequently i would just go with the single layer.
These lenses are 100% (pun intended) better than the standard replacement lenses. They absolutely will not fog up on you and provide just a slight bit of extra air flow. I feel like the visual quality may even be better. Only 100percent lens I’ll run now. 5 stars.
I feel like I can’t find a lens as dark as sunglasses. These were easy to fit and have good optics but leave something to be desired on a sunny day
first few days of having it on it looked awesome but now on the inside the film is starting to come off and kind of bubble. They are still functional, the bubbling is just above the nose and is easy enough to ignore whilst riding. Just a bit disappointing.
Really bad quality! Bought these for my 100% accuri goggles and Worthing a month the lense cracked/split at the dimples where it clips on the goggle was not happy
