Purchased for use with my Daytona helmet. Good fit. I've been using the snap on flip up shields but they have been flimsy. The shield is great and leaves room for those of use with long heads front to back. So your nose doesn't touch the shield. You have room for a mic. Plenty of room for glasses (I have prescription). Decided to try this and it is great. Over 30 years since I used a bubble shield. It is much better (my opinion) for snapping on and riding in inclement weather(meaning frog strangler). For those wanting a sun visor, I've seen hack videos where they just put tape across the inside at the top. Haven't tried it yet, but at least you wouldn't have more protrusions and the wind flow would still be smooth. Everything still looks good and not distorted as much as the flat wrapped around type. I don't like the looks of bubble shields, but looks doesn't matter when caught in the rain. Take it off and store it the rest of the time.
Installed and used twice now, works great up to 85, didn't go any faster. This accomplishes two very important things for your 3/4 helmet:
1. Negates direct sunlight. I have the light smoke and it just doesn't cut it on bright days, but works great for dusk, early evening.
2. Smooths out air flow around your head, all but eliminating turbulence, reduces noise, protects against road debris.
The only con is that it does fog a little if you exhale heavily into it. I just tip my head back for a second and it's clear. I can look side to side and up without worrying it'll fly off, but I would hesitate to look directly behind you at speed.
One thing, though. When you first attach it, and get all three buttons snapped, push the bottom towards your face to make sure it's seated.
Would buy again, we'll see how long the finish lasts. Wash with cool water and your hand, pat dry.
Good thing I didn’t review this item right away. Just got home from work riding my Harley. This bubble face shield blew out of my Biltwell helmet while i was changing lane. Yes it did detach by itself while i was driving on the freeway. Really disappointed 👎🏻

Amazing quality for such a great price. Clear vision with no distortions or waves. I purchased to add to an old school helmet but use it instead with my bike helmet. I get the eye protection I hoped for and fogging is minimal
