I really like this helmet and on my first outing in the high desert of Grand Junction, CO, the front brake of my YZ-250 failed and locked. At about 25mph, I hit very traumatically on my left shoulder and heard the CRACK as my left temple of my helmet smacked the hard pack fire road. First time that I thought that a helmet may have saved my life! I do have a large head and the XXXL was just big enough to squeeze into. With helmets, tight is always better than loose! I recommend this reasonably priced helmet and I've already purchased one for my Grandson.
Like all other reviews say, this helmet seriously small. I usually wear large. Had to exchange for xl and it still fits slightly snug but will probably be better with a handful of wears. The helmet is not the same as the helmet pictured. The one shown has a drop down visor and shows the switch at the bottom left of the helmet. The switch and visor are not present in the actual helmet. I’m not sure why I believed it would come with a clear visor but it doesn’t. Ordered a rainbow mirror shield and it installed easily. Using it for my supermoto so needed either shield or goggles. Claims ECE approval but not sure About that, no indication. Other than that the helmet looks great and has a whole lot of airflow.
Very light and comfortable. I'm digging it.
My kid loves this helmet! The fit was perfect and the quality doesn't appear much different than my $500 Arai.
I picked one of these up for ~60 with prime, try on first if you can because you may need to go up a size. This is a breezy, comfortable, wide open eye port, ece certified. I commute with this around 30 miles to and from work every day.
