Most of why I gave it 2 stars is due to considerable fogging and lack of de-fogging capabilities this helmet has, and unfortunately, it's right in the sight line. The way the helmet is built, it is difficult to even get fingers in there to wipe it out. Very weird. This is not a cheap helmet. At almost $300 it may be a good deal to some, and would be for me if not for the fogging issue. At least it doesn't fog up all the time. It does have some great features, however I agree with alot of the reviews about certain issues. The sun visor doesnt block the sun like sunglasses, but is handy. This helmet is definately noisier then my $450 Shoei. The Scorpion runs a full size smaller. I am comfortably in other helmets in large, yet the Scorpion has to be one size smaller. Even in an XL, the cheekpads are extremely tight, however unlike one reviewer, the cheekpads did loosen over time and they are now a non issue. Besides, they do sell replacement pads. Weight is good, is of high quality materials, and looks good. Would be 5 stars without the fogging issues, which I think are too dangerous.
This is my second Scorpion brand helmet (technically third but the first two were EXO 900s) and so far it doesn't look like I will be changing anytime soon. I ordered it late Sunday and it arrived mid Tuesday, which was impressive, though I am not really sure that the very large box that the helmet box came in was necessary as all that was in there as far as packaging was a small piece of brown paper. There is a fairly large field of view and the built in sun visor is convenient. With the attached visor on the helmet it is a bit awkward to open and close the top vent. I wear a Large and usually there is a little bit of space for the helmet to wiggle but this one is a very snug fit. It is a bit pricey, but having been involved in a crash I can say these do their job and they do it very, very well.
I read reviews saying there is a fogging problem. I tend to run hotter than other people, so i decided to out this to the test. I am sitting in my living room (74°F) mouth breathing qith the visor down and the shield closed. And just as reported the shield is fogging. I have not tried it outside yet (in Florida, it is in the high 90s out there right now...) but i cant imagine it will get better once i go outside. The vents seem to be sognificant enough to clear it while moving so i dont imagine it will be a problem once i am actually riding.
Comfy, pretty light. Plenty of room for electronics, and convenient too. Being able to drink without taking off the helmet is gonna be a nice change.

I would really hope they could just send a new visor. Rather then me going out trying to return this helmet in a pandemic.
Seems like a decent made helmet.
Somewhere around the quilty of my high trim HJC. I will have to get back to you on comfort next month. Large fits perfectly I'm right on the edge of 23" what falls in the large helmet. I'm glad I didn't go medium. Dont see a way to contact a buyer. So I doubt a visor replacement will happen.
While a little snug in the temples, the fit is good and the features are great. I wanted a modular adventure helmet as I wear glasses. I can slip this helmet on/off without removing my glasses. Optical clarity is excellent and the sun shield is easy to lower and raise. I feel this helmet is a great value.

So far I love this helmet, it fits great a little snug the way I like it. I love the modular ability of this helmet but because of that it is only DOT rated
I measure according to their descriptions, then sized it up one size which was a large.
I ended with a snug fit at XXL
Fits great, adjustable face and lenses are the best. It’s solid and doesn’t feel cheap.
