First, I want to express my gratitude for this beautiful product, and I would like to add that I did not expect the quality of this product, to be honest, this helmet is beautiful and I recommend buying it.
Nice helmet but the size chart is wrong. Head measures 22.25" but large helmet is too small. Will update when X-lg helmet arrives.
XL helmet fits very well. I would give 5 stars but because the size chart is wrong I gave 4. Very nice helmet. Just order a size larger.
This is a great helmet. Fits perfect and is an exact replica of the Captain America helmet that saved my life when I was a kid. It will likely be the last helmet I ever buy. It is awesome in every way. Except for the fact that the box my helmet was delivered in had been previously opened. So it looks like I paid full price for a used item. It doesn't appear to have sustained any damage from being previously dropped, but I have no way of confirming that lacking the factory seal. I'm sending it back for a new one. Shame on the seller for peddling used goods @ full price.
These helmets are awesome. They are light weight and comfortable. I wear an XS helmet and my husband wears an XL. On most of our other helmets, the shell size of my helmet is a little smaller than my husband’s but not by much. With these helmets my helmet looks like a child size next to my husband’s. I appreciate the smaller shell size so I don’t feel like I have a huge bubble head! My husband also loves these easy rider helmets. I would highly recommend these helmets for their comfort and fit and their Stars and Stripes!
This is probably my 20th helmet after 16 years of riding. This thing is awesome! I was expecting a cheap piece of crap but it's really nice to look at and gets tons of looks. One benefit I didn't think about was sound proofing. It's really nice to have something to keep the wind noise down. The size chart was spot on for me and honestly didn't think it would fit from how small it appeared out of the box. Which is actually a very nice thing because it doesn't give you the typical mushroom head and fits tightly around my head. Buy it or you're not a true patriot!

Overall I really like the helmet!
I measured my head at 21.5 inches and ordered the medium. I almost ordered a large based on other reviews, but if anything I could try going a size down. It fits snug, but the chin strap barely tightens down enough for me.
Like someone else mentioned, the orange strip is definitely brighter safety orange instead of darker like the pictures look. But it matches my jacket anyway, so not a huge deal.
It may be lower profile than other similar helmets out there, but it's far from "sleek." I guess there's only so much they can do and still provide a safe, DOT approved helmet.
got this captain america helmet to wear while riding my vintage mini bikes around my neighborhood and it looks GREAT! i get alot of thumbs up and smiles from from neighbors and passing byers. very comfy and well made dot approved and does not look like a space helmet. size chart was spot on. shipping was on time and packaging was in perfect condition. would buy again but i dont think i will ever need too. very happy with my purchase!
This helmet looks great and I'm sure it's well made, but it did not fit well. I'm not sure why Amazon doesn't list the shape of motorcycle helmets, but if you don't already know, shape is as important as fit. This helmet is very round, so if you are intermediate/long oval like me it will fit terribly in the forehead and occipital. I think the helmet deserves at least 4 stars but they really need to publish the shape so people like me can avoid buying it just to return it and then have to leave a less than stellar review.
Great helmet!! All the protection without the “mushroom head” look.
