This shield is nearly just as dark as the inner flip visor that is inside my Stream Omega! It's very convenient for day-time riding and at night it's actually not too dark to use. It's almost like polarized lenses. It blocks out tons of light in the day and at night, the shield doesn't seem as dark. Be warned: bugs seem to love you more when you're wearing this. This visor looks GREAT with the red omega helmet and I had no fitting issues.
This scratches easily like most mirror shields do but that's ok if you know how to clean it.
When cleaning, just take a wet a micro-fiber rag with warm water and leave it on the shield for 5-10 minutes. DO NOT USE PAPER TOWELS to wipe. You can use a paper towel to dab the shield and get some of the water off but then USE A MICRO-FIBER RAG to wipe to avoid scratching.... or just use a blow-dryer to air-dry it.
AMAZING!!! it looks way better than I expected. Plus this is the best mirror-like visor I have ever seen (I had 2 different colored mirror-like visors for an Icon Airflight helmet which were amazing, but this puts them to shame)!!! Great product. Fit my LS2 helmet fantastically. I waxed it so the bugs whip right off. Riding with it at night doesn't bother me at all either. It shields nicely not to the point I can barely see out of. Unfortunately its not pin lock ready but a small inconvenience.
Looks great! Be careful cleaning... Use microfiber and make sure bugs are plenty "sauced" with some liquid to make them softer before rubbing. I don't ride in the dark much... I live out in farm towns so the bugs are bad at night.... But for daytime and morning the tint on these is fantastic.
Easy to install and pretty inexpensive. I’ve had the visor for 3 months and the tint is already chipping away. Decent visor for short commutes but if you are a dedicated rider, invest a little more money in a better one.

Description of this visor says it is pinlock ready when it is not. This is the seller's mistake.......or not.
I can see people while they can stare at their own reflections. Possibly even become a counseling tool on the go for people to see their darkest side of themselves, while not paying attention to the road. Effective!
Dope and also blocks the sun glare and harmful rays.
