I’ve worn HJC for over 20 years. I ordered a medium because wear a Medium and this helmet was smaller than a medium. So I ordered a large and it fit like a medium. Revzilla.com has a video and they stayed to order a size up. This is an excellent helmet that is lightweight and vented well. Good room inside for BT. Has emergency break away padding, comes with tinted and clear shield, and a heavy duty cloth helmet bag. Great value for a quality helmet. In my opinion it is better than my Shoei.
