I had seen this helmet in person at a local shop that is not known for reasonable prices. Located it online thru Amazon and saved myself $12.50 over local price and it was eligible for free shipping! Arrived within shipping window, but missed the low end because of the driver. Driver failed to arrive during our office hours and showed up 3 hours late. Disappointing but not a demerit for the seller.
Before you wear the helmet for the first time, check the foam pads in the ear-holes where the strap connects. Mine were not firmly seated and ended up stuck to my do-rag. I had to peel them off and restick them in the holes. Other than that, I LOVE the helmet. Having always worn a full face or skull cap, this was a totally new sensation. It is relatively inexpensive for a quality helmet. I have always had an HJC for my 20+ years of riding and whether a full face CL-14 or the half-helmet with zip-off ear flaps, they have kept me safe during that time. I would certainly purchase from the seller again as well. Great 3/4 helmet without all the frill.

This works great. I use it as a quick face mask on my motorcycle on cold mornings and it hasn't let me down yet. Its warm once on and it fits nicely in my pocket. This is the second I have purchase because I lost the first.
