If you buy the Sena SMH10, you DO NOT need to buy this too. The Sena already comes with all of this. These are just extras in case you lose pieces from your original kit or something. This will also work for the Sena 10s... HOWEVER!!! If you have the Bell Qualifier DLX, like I do, this is THE WRONG CLAMP SET. You need the SMH-A0302. And yes, I know it says SMH, but it works for the 10s too. Save yourself the frustration and order the right parts.
I was surprised to see how many installation accessories came with this helmet communicator kit. It allowed me to tweak the ear pieces for maximum audio clarity. Everything works as promised and the cost was reasonable. It is very handy to be able to switch my Sena 10S form my open face helmet to my full face helmet when appropriate. Love it.
Had to replace my old set. I reused my sena 10s but my old speakers were slightly blown. (3years old btw). Definitely cheaper to replace all of this. Then going to a whole new setup. Works great. Sounds great.
Already owned a Sena 10s, just needed to be able to mount it onto different helmets, without buying an entire new unit.
I needed this so i could use my radio in both my snowmobile helmet as well as my motocross helmet. The kit has so many options with it there should be no problem making it work in your helmet too. Great product you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't use the clamp setup for my helmet but the tape side sticks like a champ, of course it's Sena so its well made and come's with multiple setup kits.
What can I say it's a second mount that works like the original.
I have the 10s on one helmet( a few years old ) and wanted another clamp set for another helmet.
Im glad i checked it before i went through the trouble of installing it,,,because the s10 would not clip or lock into place on the new base.
The 10s clips and locks up on the original one just fine. Not sure what the issue was but i returned the new base.
I have a SENA 10s and two helmets, so with this kit I can now use the intercom on both helmets as I choose
