I received this on time and in the package the shield looked fine but when I opened the package there was a very bad silicone caulk smell and the shield was hazy. I thought I would wash it and see if that helped with the odor and the haziness. After I washed the shield the smell was a little better but still very noticeable and the haze was still there. I returned this back to ups within an hour after me opening it. Very disappointed in this product but returning it was a breeze maybe I just got a bad shield. I would not buy another one nor recommend this to anyone looking for this type of shield. I want to say that I have no issue with the seller just the product.
Did have a funny odor, finish slightly marred 18in. item, shipped in 15in box forced in and recieved in " bent" condition.

It may just be "replacement parts" but the new hinges work great and 5 minutes of work had the helmet better than new
Best price I could find this to replace a broken base plate on my HJC helmet.
One of the original screws in my helmet broke off, and it was cheaper to get this pack than just the screws. Very easy to install. I'd buy again.
It works, what more can you want.
