**UPDATE:

So after about 4 months of using this for cycling and walking, I have added a star from my original 3. As I wore it more often I stopped noticing the slight sliding and it really doesn't impair any head movement, I just wasn't used to it. When riding my bike I will first strap my helmet on then put the mask over the straps and my face and it keeps my face and most of my neck completely warm, protects from any dust and debris and is still pretty breathable. I also noticed that the top of my ears don't really get cold anymore, because as you wear it and your head gets warmer you eventually feel it in the exposed parts as well since the blood is flowing better. This is a must have in freezing temperatures especially on a bicycle because the wind will absolutely burn your face off. I made the mistake of leaving this at home, and even on a short 10 minute ride I was cursing myself for forgetting it. 100% recommended.

--------------old review below.

I have the full face ZAN face mask and love it. I wanted this so that I could wear it while riding my bike and still be able to fit my helmet on, however, even while wearing just my beanie hat, this mask doesn't feel right and hinders my head movement. It only barely covers my ears so it feels extremely weird and not very comfortable. The size was about right for my head, but it was difficult turning my head to look for cars and every time I turned it would sort of slide down a little and feel even less fitting. For the most part I wouldn't really recommend this, even just for walking, because the way it only partially covers your ears, it's like you get some cold but then part of you ears are concealed and it just throws you off. I think I might get the ZAN full face with neck shield, hopefully that will work well while allowing freedom of movement.
I bought this to wear under my motorcycle helmet. It fits ok on its own but it's an awkward fit. Loose below the chin and doesn't sit right on the face.

Trying to get it on under the helmet is quite the feet. It slides down unless I cock my head a certain way, pull the straps to open the helmet more and pray it doesn't catch on the Velcro at the back that secures the face mask. It takes about 3 or 4 tries before I get I or say forget it and ride in the cold.

The other negative is that after a while it stretches and the Velcro is small strip so when you stretch it out too far like I have there isn't anything you can do short of adding more Velcro...

For a half helmet this would work awesome and recommend.
I use this for riding my bicycle to work on sub 20 degree Fahrenheit days. My face still gets cold, but I'm really just trying to stave off frostbite.

I have a big nose, and the mask doesn't sit flush with my cheeks, so my glasses fog up unless I breathe out through my mouth, making an effort to blow out through the vent holes (the vent holes could use to be bigger, but I just made a few between the holes making little triangular flaps). I don't have this fogging problem when I wear snow goggles (I reserve goggles for sub 10 degree days, or when it's snowing/sleeting heavily.

It fits comfortably, and doesn't interfere with my helmet at all. It conforms to my face so well that I don't even have to adjust the chin strap for my helmet to fit well. The top of my ears aren't covered with this mask, so I still have to wear my 180's, but I don't think I've ever seen a half mask that covers ears sufficiently. My neck is covered well though, I don't need a scarf until the sub 0 mornings hit.
While it's close to being functional, this mask pushed into my eyes and doesn't have a large enough velcro strap to securely fasten on my face. Sure it does actually keep my face warmer, but I'd like to be able to see too.
I bought this several years ago and used it for really cold weather. It's very comfortable with being able to velcro in the back and it's stretchy and doesn't feel like it's going to fall off you face. The cut out for the nose is great and the holes to help breath make it seem not so clostraphobic. I've also worn this with a bicycle helmet and is did not interfere with the helmet. I live in the midwest and haven't used it in a couple of winters cause it hasn't been that cold but I would recommend to those that live in colder climates.

I purchased this as an option to keep my face warm, I wear glasses and anytime I cover my face they fog up. The nose hole isn't large enough to help with that. On top of that the material on the neck is so stiff it causes my to have to tilt my head back and am unable to turn my head.

It does keep my face warm however and that is the main function of this.
Came in pieces. Three pieces. It was not sewn together.
Bought this for my wife so she could run outdoors in the winter and not have to worry about having an asthma attack. It works well for that, keeps her face warm and keeps the coldest part of the air from just biting into her breathing. Only reason I did not give it a perfect score is that the material tends to gather moisture when running and that on long runs can cause some chilling. Other than that, it's a great product. I could see using it while riding a bike in fall or even while riding a motorcycle if you wanted to protect your mouth from bugs.
I really wasn't a fan of this. Due to the shape it's difficult to keep in place, it slides down, and the nose piece is very triangular.

I would advise looking for a mask with less shaping, or a more expensive, better made one.
As expected
