I wanted to replace my ¾ helmet with something that has a little more face protection but still offers the open-face feeling in warmer weather. A moto-style helmet seemed like a good idea. After doing a little research I decided on this Moto 3, and so far, I’m liking it.
The pads make it feel snug but not too tight on my head (I wear a medium), though it is a little hard to put on over my big ears. The snugness helps reduce (but not eliminate) wind noise at speed. It also makes it hard to put on glasses. If you wear glasses, they might create a pressure point behind the ears.
I took the peak off and went for a ride on my cruiser. On the highway the helmet feels stable to me and doesn’t catch wind like my full-face helmet does (it might be time to replace it, too). My neck didn’t get fatigued after more than an hour on the bike.
Things I imagine might be issue for some people: the lack of ventilation and the lack of a face shield. To me, the open face is enough ventilation; it’s no worse than a typical ¾ helmet. You can put a snap-on shorty face shield, but if you wear glasses, that is not an option unless it has a hinge built in.
For me, this will likely be my go-to helmet for warm weather. It will not be ideal for cooler or inclement weather, however. I might look into an ADV style helmet for more versatility.
It's light weight and looks great. That it has all the protection a high quality helmet should have is a nice plus.
If I had to take issue with anything, it can look a little big on me, but the large fits snug without feeling tight.
Channels for glasses would have been nice since putting on glasses can require a little fiddling, but once you get them in place, it's comfortable enough.
There aren't any vents, and it can definitely get hot sitting at a stop light in the Florida heat, but you don't notice it at all once you get going.
Love this helmet, it's retro-looking but with all modern tech amenities. Just a heads up for those who are interested, my head size is 22 inches and a Large fits me perfectly. The manufacture recommends a Medium but it's one size up. The helmet came quickly and packaged perfectly from the company it sold out of. Thanks ya'll!
It’s a decent helmet. It looks great. The terry cloth inside is actually great. I hunk it was meant to add to the vintage feel of the helmet. However, I found that my head never got itchy in this helmet. Never! I went through Cambodia and Vietnam for a month and never had a problem. I think it is ridiculously overpriced. Visor that comes with it is massive, ugly, and I could not find alternative colors. I bought a three snap visor meant for the gringo and it solved all my problems. The helmet is also heavy compared to the gringo. All this and I wish I bought the gringo.
It fits tight, my husband says i have to break it (use it more and it will mold) :/ meh not sure about that, still the design is superb, its really fresh! love that.
Wish they improve their size chart.

I have a 58cm diameter oval head, and considering chart size recommended is M, I ordered and its too tight for me.

SUCH a comfortable helmet. The first 2 wears it felt very tight. I was almost afraid I had bought too small. But it is perfect after the second wear. I get lots of compliments on it, as it is very simplistic, yet sleek and eye-catching. You will not regret this purchase, especially for the price.
This is a great looking helmet with or without the visor. I purchased this to use with a large cruiser style motorcycle.

Loved this helmet from the moment i put it on, with clear riding glasses the visibility is fantastic, not restricting in any way (which a few people suggested it would be), goggle fitment is best done at a shop though as i have found out, overall damn lovely helmet
