Excellent product, perfect size, easily mounted and adjusted, tough as nails, and handles 80 mph without any issues. I've taken this through storms and on white rock roads for miles without even a hint of problems (currently at 1200 miles with the windshield). I'm 5'11 and ride a 2017 rebel and this is the percfect height to keep the air off my chest and shoulders. It does not seem in increase wind pressure and noise around my head either. I'm not sure how it does that; but it's is awesome. I now regularly ride hours and hours without wind fatigue. Be careful when you are buying windscreens not to get one too big, or you'll end up with a lot of buffeting at the top of your helmet and no air flow (I made that mistake with my first windscreen). This one is perfectly sized. Note that the farther out you mount the handlebar mounts, the more the wind will affect the vibes in your controls. Mount them close as you can towards the center line on the bike and you won't have any vibes from wind occasionally buffeting the screen.
its works great I am adding two photo to show you where I mounted the bracket also its 15 1/2 inches high if you looking for a windshield to add a little wind protection and I am saying a LITTLE .I had big windshield and sometimes they act like a sail .I am 6'3 and its keeps the wind off my chest but not my neck,by the way great shipping by amazon. the bike is a new kawaski vulcan s 650 I am getting away from the bigger bike and needed a local get around bike no highway just 45 to 50 mph back roads.also I think its well made.
I just installed it and drove around the freeway twice and I notice how much better the ride is. The wind isn’t so bad anymore. I’ll come back in one to two months to give an update.
It’s only been a few days and I had to readjust it because of so much buffeting and my helmet was shaking so much. I had to cut about 3’inch off each brackets so it doesn’t hit my gas tank. It’s a lot lower now and my body isn’t getting hit with the wind any more. My helmet still gets hit with the wind, but it’s clean air so there isn’t any shaking. Second photo is the new set up
As with many bikes without any air block, the wind was pretty strong before I added the windshield. Now I can hear better, and the height is perfect. I can look over, or through, the windshield with a slight tilt of my head. Mounting it was a little tricky - but certainly possible for the mechanically inclined. I did it alone. The bolts that come with it were too short on my 1in bars, necessitating a trip to Lowe's for 1 1/4 in bolts - which worked perfectly. And it takes a bit of fiddling to make it stay still while riding. But I think some Lock tight will cure that for good. Riding now is all pleasure, and the smoke shield looks great on the black bike. Quite happy.
Purchased to add some road comfort for an older Yamaha XT550. Overall I quite like the look of the windshield on the bike, a bit unusual maybe, but works for me!
I am 5' 9" and seated in a typical upright, dual sport position the wind is hitting about midway up my helmet. Definitely does the job of making a longer ride less exhausting

More than i expected. Fits to my liking for my Harley Street 750 holds up 90 plus mph no problems. Took some finesse on the install but well worth it. 20 min to lock it it place.
Absolute garbage. The Chrome started peeling before I had a chance to tighten things up. Took it for a test ride after the installation and I was afraid that it was going to blow off and hit me in the face not to mention that the wind noise was even louder with the windshield on than when riding without it. The only plus side is that it kept full force wind off of my chest but the buffering was annoying and intense. Do not recommend. The plastic windshield was starting to bend at high speeds because there is only 2 points of contact right in the middle. If the company would make better mounts with 4 points of contact it might help.
Nice size, BUT it loosens up after each ride. I have to tighten the bolts each time I finish riding, that means once I leave and once I come back. The bolts just loosen, and the windshield keeps popping up, and I always have to pull it down when I ride. I will see if I get other hardware for this so I can actually USE this windshield. Should have listened to the reviews. Im sorry, but I really wouldn't recommend this product.
Great buy, fits my wife's bike perfectly, strong connection to the bars, no movement when at higher speeds. Def recommend it. Only wish the "Name sticker" was a little easier to remove. 2015 Boulevard S40/LS650 SAVAGE
I have used this shield on previous motorcycles & still recommend it to anyone who is looking for a decently priced windshield that also looks good. I have used this particular model on a Suzuki VS800 Intruder, Suzuki VS1400 Intruder & the newest ones were purchased for use on a pair of Honda Groms (2017 & 2018 model years) With only 8.5 hp, this shield should give a "smoother" flow of air around the rider (me) and help reduce drag. Highly recommend for many "cruiser" styled motorcycles
