These days no one want to waste money on poor quality products, and I am no exception. I read a lot of reviews before buying my Sena 20s. For the most part anything negative had to do with the sound. When I purchased the Sena 20s I put it on my older Scorpion EXO 500. The EXO 500 gets some wind noise and while on the phone with my lady I kept having to ask her to speak up. I just purchased a new Scorpion EXO T1200 Freeway (Great helmet so far) and another mount for Sena 20s. I haven't mad a phone call yet but the music sounds so much clearer and louder in the EXO T1200 then in the EXO 500. So overall I would say the Sena 20s has great sound quality in the EXO T1200 and good in the EXO 500. So when you read that someone says the sound quality sucks keep in mind it could be the helmet they are wearing. I noticed that many of the reviews I read said nothing about the type of helmet the user had. Enjoy!
These are exactly what I was expecting but the adhesive keeps peeling off a little bit, but has NEVER come completely off. I think it’s because the mounting plate is just slightly different shaped than our helmets. The wind noise through the riders mic is horrible. It REALLY needs a thicker wind sock which I probably will buy once I figure out how thick to get it. I tried 2 of the included socks on top of each other. It was better but still wasn’t that good.
Product arrived open and Clearly the item was previously used when I purchased a new 1 the 3M tape was missing from the side of the product but it was sold to me at full retail as though it was new
This came with everything that I needed, and lots of things for lots of possible installations, to install my SENA onto my FOX V1 dirt bike helmet. The main unit mount clips won't work for my specific FOX helmet, so I had to use 3M VHB Tape (same that is used to attach GoPro mounts) to make it work. The microphone and speakers are high quality and there are tons of velcro pads and stickers in this kit to customize the install.
I have this bracket on three different helmets, Shoei 3/4, Nolan N40-5 3/4, and Gmax full face. The Nolan is the only one that I had to use the adhesive bracket. Adhesive bracket- make sure to install it low enough to allow access to bracket bolts and microphone screw if need be. I just installed the adhesive bracket, it is not forgiving, so plan well!
Time will tell if the adhesive bracket option works as well as the bolt on bracket. I'm a fan of Sena communicators, so I'm expecting the adhesive option to work well also.

The clamp was fairly easy to install although directions would have been handy. There are several extra items included for, apparently, other helmets. I found you get the best sound by using ear buds as there was really no place to put the ear pieces in my half helmet. Saves $ on not having to buy a sperate Sena unit. I could use the one from my other helmet.
I have been using the Sena 20S system for quite some time. When I traveled to Colorado on a trip to see my kids my son wanted to ride in the rockies with me. Knowing the value of being able to talk while on motorcycles I ordered clamp kit for him to install in his helmet and I brought one of my 20S units with me. He had the system installed when I arrived and it had been easy to install. It worked seamlessly in in cold and rain that weekend.
Mounted well to my second helmet. Allows my 20S device to be switched between the modular and pitboss with just a click. Great purchase.
Shopped around for a Sena s20 clamp kit. Got it for a great price here although it took a while to arrive but all good given the present circumstances
Replacement head set for 20 evo. As per the original now 1 can have the same headset on different helmets. Very easy to fit. Service was very quick
