After just a handful of uses, the tint on my visor has started to come off in spots. It was only washed with water, no chemicals at all. I have contacted HJC to ask if this is covered under warranty and there has been ZERO response from them. I will not purchase another HJC product again.
EDIT: The visor fits perfectly and looks awesome. In addition, to scratching easily, the tint on the visor is instantaneously destroyed by wiping with Rain X. The tint was removed and the plastic turned foggy even on my clear visor. Ask me how? I have ruined two of these visors. Neither HJC or Rain X warns about not spraying on plastic. Yes it was my fault. But I believe there should be a warning against wiping this visor with anything. It is extremely fragile. I'm upgrading from one star to 4 since it was my fault.
Purchased the rainbow tint and was skeptical that it was be, I don’t know, too colorful, but the transition is so subtle, it almost should’ve been called “oil can” tint to begin with. Super happy with it. Does well in intense to low light conditions. Fit well on my CL-17, main concern being clearance over the eyebrow vent, but operates perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. Mine did come with preset holes for the pinlock as well.
While the visor is definitely darker than the original visor that came with my fiancée's HJC IS-16, it's not a 100% "blacked out" visor. For example, at the right angles you can still see the lines of her face. Luckily her helmet utilizes the internal sun shield, so if it does get to be too bright outside, she can slide that down and be much more comfortable.
Most of these reflective visors are completely tinted, but I just wanted to post it so no one would make that assumption and be wrong (it's maybe a 50% tint). It fits the helmet perfectly and looks great otherwise.
Within 6 to 7 months the mirror filament starts coming off the Visor. I do not recommend buying this product. It wears off any were you touch the helmet and even in spots that are never touched. For the first couple months its was really nice to have. I can barely see out of my helmet know and am going to have to go back to the clear stock visor. Please stay with non mirrored finishes.
Item does not fit curves of my CL-15 the way my previous 2 did. Seems like a cheaper piece. For $30, it ought to fit perfectly. Would like to find an alternative next time.

I just brought the mirror tinted visor and it looks real good on my new CL-17 helmet. The only thing is it doesn't have pinlock holes pre-set, you probably have to use a drill and line up with original visor. Also I just clean with warm water and a microfiber rag!
Perfect fit. Great replacement for scratched up one.
Purchased it for my girlfriend because she likes the way my blue one looks, and she was stoked when it arrived. Looks a bit more purple than pink, which she was even happier with as it’s her fav colour. Only downside I can see is it is not pinlock capable, so we cannot use the anti fog shield inside of it. I’ve never run one before so it’s not a major issue personally, but some may not like that.
I love the visor, its looks so great on my helmet I've got lots of compliments.
