I ordered WPX20-BS to replace an existing 65991-82B as the storefront stated. THIS BATTERY MAY BE SOLD AS A REPLACEMENT FOR 65991-82B BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME DIMENSIONS AND MAY NOT SUFFICE.
Realizing the difficulty I may be in for trying to install this battery, I applied for a return. I received a response within 24 hours informing me that the WPX20-BS was indeed the correct battery for me. Okay...
A return authorization was included and I was informed the 10% restocking fee would be waived; however, I would have to have it back in approximately two weeks (shipping is on me.. and note I would have to get it back to them in less time than they took sending it to me. very costly item to ship due to weight I'm sure).
I replied and again explained my continuing issues. I stated due to the circumstances, I would give the installation a try. I received no further response from the company.
I ended up having to file the edges of the battery down and cut some heavy rubber to use as spacers to make up the depth. The battery clamp barely reached and was a struggle due to the added height of the battery.
I’m unable to comment on the quality of the product at this time as I’ve not had a chance to use it.
I almost never post a negative review but after this half hour project turned into more than 2 hours and a pile of tools, I guess my passion got the best of me.
This battery could barely start my Harley and then wouldn’t do it again. Tried and tried To charge it back to full power but it can’t turn over tje engine anymore. Too weak for a Harley.

Didn't even last a year and I maintain and ride my bike.
Don't buy.
Purchased recently for 2001 Indian Scout, and so far, battery has proven to be a perfect replacement part for my needs.
Exactly what I needed. Got delivered earlier tan expected. I was a good fit in the bike. I like that it is maintenance free and that it has enough power to start a big twin.
