Overall really nice helmet. Well built with a nice looking design. It is snug, like others have said, but I’ve grown to like the fit. It takes a little force to get it on/off, I won’t lie, but once it’s on, it is quite comfortable. It needs to be snug and make a good seal around the neck and cheeks though, in order to block out wind and external noise and help the acoustics, which it does nicely. Keep in mind that the helmet breaks in after wearing it a bit too, so it only gets more comfortable with time.
Sound quality for music is pretty good but it doesn’t have much bass at all. So just be aware of that. None of the communicator systems out on the market right now have good bass. Aside from that though, this is a top notch communicator from an industry leader, Sena. It’s basically a 10S communicator that’s built into the helmet and it offers crystal clear sound on phone calls and intercom, great features such as FM radio and voice control, well thought out controls that are easy to use, and phenomenal battery life.
The big difference between the Momentum Lite and the regular Momentum is that the latter allows you to connect to 8 total riders in group intercom mode (lite only does 4) and it has audio multitasking which allows you to listen to music (at a lower volume in the background) simultaneously while you talk over the intercom (lite cannot do this). I personally think this is a really nice feature. But the Momentum is more expensive, so...
My only real gripe about this helmet is the lack of airflow and cooling. The vents on top and bottom don’t do much at all. I live in Florida so on a hot day, my head does get warm. But with all the other features built into a quality helmet, I can live with it. At this price point, you’re getting a lot of bang for the buck. Good helmet with an excellent built in communicator. I really like this helmet. It’s really quite considering I can from a cheap fly racing helmet. The quality of music isn’t the best I’ve ever heard but considering your going down the freeway at 70 it’s still really good. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is there is there is almost no wind drag on the helmet even when you turn your head to look over your shoulder. I have a little more of a round head so it’s a little snug around the cheek and chin area but it’s not uncomfortable. All in all I would definitely buy again DO NOT BUY this unless you want to put your helmet on and sit down in your living room with the other person, on the bike YOU CAN NOT HEAR anything, there is no isolation whatsoever and my mic already stopped working ! As others report, this helmet is very, very tight. Even though I ordered XL it hurt my ears to remove it. I initially decided to return it but the seller wanted me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee even though it was shown as Amazon Prime and still in mint condition. Amazon offered to refund the shipping costs but I ultimately decided to keep it because the Bluetooth speakers are very good and it is a very quiet helmet. After some use it is getting easier to put on and remove and I’m pretty satisfied with the helmet. Not so much with the seller. I did not have problems with keeping the face shield partially open as other have reported. I have struggled to get SERI to consistently work using voice commands and you must press and hold a button to perform all functions. The more expensive model offers some voice control as I understand it. I was right on the high side from sena's size chart for a medium. Last two helmets I purchased were a large and one of them is starting to feel a bit to loose so I thought I'd go with their size chart and order a medium. It barely went over my head. I had to return it, if it was easier to get on and snug I would have waited for it to break in but it was crazy difficult to pull on and off. No large were available otherwise I would have exchanged for a larger. Experts say most of us ride with helmets too large but this was crazy tight to get your head through.

Product was not new as stated! Scratches on helmet couldn’t get it to pair , couldn’t get it to work with other riders called company and they said you just have to keep trying and offered no assistance. Can't complain however this is my first helmet so take my rating with a grain of salt since I have nothing else to compare it too. However works beautifully Very cool product. Wish it had more padding around the eyes. As far as helmets go it is average. But for the price and the Bluetooth paired with phone, and built in radio you get way bang for your buck. Great buy !!

Excellent storage for my 2018 Goldwing. Fits like a glove. Did not come with shoulder straps, tie downs, or a rainproof cover. Like someone went through the box and took everything out besides the bag. It had lots of room. More than I expected. It also doubled as a excellent backrest. If a person is traveling for more than a couple of days then this is the way to travel. Used this on 2 trips. Does what it says. Stays in place. Perfect size for me. Rain cover works and doesn't flap around like I thought it would. Hi, everything looks great, delivery was fine, but when I opened the box and check the bag, the rain cover is missing, the description said it comes with one and even the tag on the bad said it's included.

I wore this for the first time on today a short mtb ride. They seem sturdy and fit my big head. Lenses were clear and offered a good field of view. Two complaints are 1)the rubber on the arms is not grippy enough and 2)they seem prone to fogging. It was 40+ degrees and i was not hot and sweaty. As long as i was moving and air was moving over the glasses they were fine, but as soon as I stopped they showed signs of fogging. I am concerned about how they will perform in summer at 90 degrees and I am all sweaty. Having a decent size (male) head, was a little smaller/tighter than I was hoping for. Not enough to not be able to wear them though-so far. The frame and shape seem to be made for slightly more narrow faces, but do have a fashionable look. The frame is a little thick and glossy though, so they stand out more than a thinner/matte black frame. They definitely seem sturdy and comfy so far, but haven't ran them through the paces. My one complain however is that there seems to be a thin film on the lenses that I can't get off. Like a really mild haze from a finger print, but no matter what I used, it only smeared it around and didn't actually remove it. Maybe it's the anti-fog coating? Doesn't really harm the vision but I'm pretty ocd with that sort of small thing, so it's kind of bugging me. Let's face it, nobody likes writing reviews. This product although is very much worthy of one. The product shipped to me in only two days! Kudos for that! These sunglasses are simply a must on a hellish of a sunny day, be it driving, sports, even some Law Enforcement wear these.
My personal assessment: Rating system: 1-10
Build quality: 9 (These are $20.00 glasses that could easily sell for double) Comfort: 8 (Initially these are not very comfortable, they take shape of your head after several hours of wearing) Price: 10 (Nothing comes close to this in terms of price to value) Cosmetic appearance: 10 (These puppies look sharp!) Usability: 9 (Whether at the firing range, or driving down the highway these glasses are able to perform in many tasks)
Would I recommend these to a friend: Yes! Without any hesitation. These are nice enough to use for many tasks, yet fairly priced if the need arises for multiple pairs or even replacement.) Great low cost glasses...this is my second pair. I mostly use them while doing yard work. I wore my first pair hiking and accidentally sprayed sunscreen on them which melted the lens coating...but I was happy to buy another pair. They sit snugly on my head and do not move which is nice. I'm an inspector on outdoor construction projects. I needed rated safety glasses for a big head. These were fine for about a week. I don't know what happened but the Optics became pitiful. I don't know if it was the UV light from them sitting on the dash of my truck or what. The lenses clouded so much that I couldn't see through anymore. They also scratch easily. I returned them.

Upon receiving the Bobsters, I thought they looked a little funny on me. I'm a guy with a tiny head. So, I've always worn form fitted Oakleys. But with all the money I've spent on Oakleys, they have never EVER been worth a hundred plus dollars I'd spend on a pair. And their customer service has never made good on a single guarantee... To be nice: I've hated having to buy Oakleys (with their cheap construction)and I wish horrible nasty things upon their customer service department(or at least their b.s. policies), so I'm looking for alternatives.
Anyway... these are wider than I'd like but after the first day with them, I realize why. The lenses block out almost every single bit of bright light, glare and wind. The quality of the lenses is also so amazingly clear that I often forget I'm wearing them.
I wish I could afford some of the more expensive ones, because their selection is so great...
I'm pretty sure I will be purchasing more of these babies in the future! 05/22/2013- I was looking for a pair of Oakleys and just could not find a pair I liked. The prices were too high and the glasses just were not my style.Then I came across these glasses. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the price and gave it a shot. I choose the free shipping and the glasses arrived 5 days later. Upon arrival, the glasses were double boxed with air packets and came in a soft little black pouch. I tried them on and they are really comfortable. They seem to be made well and have rubber pads for your nose and the sides of your head. The frame of the glasses is more of a glossy black then what is in the amazon picture. These glasses seem to be durable, the price is great, very comfortable, and do what they were made to do (Block the Sun). Testing the durability of these glasses will take some time so I will update soon...... >:^) I drive a convertible. I bought these to wear at night when the top is down, to keep debris from hitting my eyes. They work just fine for this purpose.
I attempted to give these a secondary function in the winter, as a way to screen my eyes from the wind while outdoors. Combined with a hat and ski mask, I figured I would have every part of my body hidden from the elements. Unfortunately, the "anti-fog" claims of this product do not work in this setup. All it takes is one or two breaths, and my glasses are impossible to see through. For that purpose, I'd say stay away (or buy some anti-fog spray for them, which I haven't done). Good price for product. Very comfortable and fit great ,,,Thank you very much

This is a great looking helmet. The matte black makes this look so smooth. Great fit and padding inside is soft too. Love it. Decent helmet for the price. I wear a size 8 hat. The 3xl fits, but is snug. I forgot to mention (at least i think I forgot... But just in case) my helmet arrived one day early!!! Just got the 2 of these helmets and seems to fit well. I think the strap is a little difficult to loosen when taking off but I think that will wear in. Interested in seeing how it feels after wearing it for a few hours. For the price it's a good deal as it is DOT approved. Good stable helmet for those hot days!

I bought the 15.75” windshield for my 2013 f6b. It arrived 6 days early. Amazon said it wouldn’t fit my machine. Add said it would. Fit perfect using same hardware without modification. However there is a wave on each side that the factory one dont have so there is a small gap between the screen and rubber seal on each side. Don’t matter to me its kept under a car port and I don’t ride in the rain. Couldnt be happier. I’m 5’5” i can now hear the radio at 85mph!!! Now the wind hits the top of my helmet rather than in my chest. Be warned... without the wind hitting you in the chest you will drive faster without knowing it. It took all of 30 minutes to install (I’m a nurse, not a mechanic). Makes the bike a lot more comfortable to ride and greatly diminishes wind noise and buffeting. Can hear the stereo even at highway speeds. Catches about 99% of the bugs too.

U can tell they’re not that great of quality but for the money u can’t go wrong. Just a cheap set to throw on there. They’re not that comfortable but what do you expect for the price. If you need a set of grips, these will do it for ya. But if you want comfort spend more $. The rubber is pretty soft and flexible. The end caps where useless/incompatible. I absolutely love these groups except for the fact that I had to move death wobble weights out of the handlebars to install them. Luckily my bike doesn't really have any sort of a death wobble even with the weights removed. Had my bike getting bit more finicky I don't know. The grips are good but whoever made them has not ridden a motorcycle. The ends are held on by grips not by the actual handle. My bike was leaning over and I went to go grab it and the end ripped off. I replaced it with a real end cap and now it’s all good

I loved this helmet for about 20-25 rides THEN All of a sudden as Im pulling off the freeway, I go to pull up the visor and half of it is flipping off 🤷🏻♂️ I can’t get the chin guard up now because the visor is half off.... When I pull over to inspect it... I can now see that only the smallest strip of plastic held the the visor in its locking slot. Well It use to This small bit of plastic just broke off This is from normal use I actually have been babying this helmet as it’s the most I’ve ever spent on a helmet... No drops!
I will be contacting the company to see if they can help, but it doesn’t look like a simple replacement part type of fix as the visor slot holder is Integrated into the mechanism.... we’ll see
Thought I should post Be well Shawn L I love the functionality of this helmet, but my head shape almost doesn't work with this helmet. I can start to get a headache from the pressure on my temples after wearing the helmet for more than an hour. The LS2 Valiant is the best modular helmet that i have ever worn or owned, the fit is perfect, the weight is balanced and light. I owned a Shark EVO 3 that cost $300.00 more and felt the same, so for the money the LS2 Valiant is perfect for highway and city riding Perfect. Great build and quality. Lightweight and comfortable.

I purchased my helmet from another vendor, but I think it needs an honorable mention here. First thing: I'm glad I took the advice and went up in size, I wear a medium helmet, but I purchased a large LS@ valiant and it fits like a glove. The helmet is lighter than it looks. I took it out on a test run for over an hour ride and I didn't have any neck fatigue or strain. The entire ride was comfortable with the helmet. The noise level is as expected from a modular helmet. I installed the Cardo Freecom 4+ and was able to listen to my music at 70+ MPH with the chin bar up. There was a lot of road and wind noise, but I could still hear the music coming from the JBL speakers that came with the com system. Both visors provided equal protection from the wind and debris with the chin bar up. I didn't experience much wind buffeting which I believe is due to the design of the helmet. The wind seems to flow around the helmet with ease. I wear a full face only when the weather forces me to do so. Heavy rain or when it gets too cold for a face mask and half shell. This helmet allows me to roll with a 3/4ths and when it gets wet or cold just flip down either the visor the chin bar or both. The chin bar rolls all the way back and catches zero air. The visor rolls way back and at 90 mph you still catch no air. I've even ridden with visor half down/half up at 80+ mph and no buffeting, cross winds are not slamming my head around like they do with other modular helmets I've worn.
It does have a roundish shape, so I had to go with XL to get a fit. A bit loose in spots for my oval head. I normally wear a medium or large in helmets. It's not loose enough that the helmet would go anywhere if something were to happen. I usually have a helmet liner or bandanna on underneath and that solves the problem.
I don't wear a full face when it's warm so I cannot comment on the vents. I leave mine closed pretty much at all times.
Fogging is about the same as any other full face I've worn.
The built in shaded visor is pretty good. Usually, those are cheap and useless, but I use this one sometimes. Prefer actual shades but when you are riding into the sunrise or sunset it's really handy to flip that down so you don't have to change from darks to clears & vice versa on the fly or stop to change them out.
The quick release works great.
I've had this helmet for over 2 years now. I am very happy with the durability. I usually replace a helmet after 3 years but I can keeping this one at least 4, possibly 5.
One caution. LS2 has had issues with meeting DOT requirements in some models. Check any helmet you buy to see if it actually lives up to DOT certification. Nearly half of the helmets out there which have a DOT sticker do not actually meet DOT standards. Pros, comfortable fit, excellent mechanicals on the chin guard and visor. Easily operated with one hand. Works well at any speed with guard up or down. Overall fit is better than my Shark E3.
Cons, Noisy. Sun Visor operation failed due to the cable coming loose. Customer service and repairs are very poor and show little urgency or concern. I would not recommend this company.

So got this helmet and was very impressed. This is one of the nicest looking half helmets I have ever seen. Very very comfortable for a half helmet. All the nice add ons like a chin pad and a nice button to keep strap from flapping around. Frankly this helmet looks like it should cost over 2 hundred bucks!! Now, if your looking for a novelty low non mushroom head half helmet look elsewhere! There will never ever be a dot half helmet that has NO mushroom head; however, I will say this helmet does sit pretty low on your head. For the price.....frankly.....I can’t find better. Perfect fit... super fast shipping! Thanks for a great deal. I have owned more than a few helmets. I have a rather large head... so wearing a half helmet can look a little funny... the low profile of the T5 looks pretty good! I love everything about this helmet. It's classy it's tough and have a great fit for me anyway. I am right in between an XL and XXL, go for the XXL I like the helmet, I have no issues with it. My issue is with customer service. The helmet is too small, requested a refund and have yet to get any form of a response from anyone. Perfect fit

I bought this Puig windscreen for my 2019 F 750 GS because the stock windscreen was virtually non-existent. The Puig looks great (in my opinion), the installation is easy, and it all feels and looks like high quality. It seems to be one of the most popular, effective, and lowest priced windscreens you can get for this bike. However, it wasn’t working for me as I was getting major wind blast and helmet buffeting at highway speeds. It was frustrating and confusing because most other people don’t report this problem with this bike/windscreen combo. I’m 6’ tall and have the lower suspension model, so maybe that had something to do with it. I almost returned it but thought I’d try the Puig visor (the one that clamps on rather than making you drill holes) and it made all the difference. The wind now flows smoothly over my helmet and works great. I’d recommend trying this windscreen by itself first and if you have problems like I did get the visor. This is a very good quality windscreen, the right size for me, I’m 5’4” and the wind in the chest and head past the 70mph is gone with this wonderful quality windscreen, and the best of all, it looks awesome on my 2019 BMW F750GS

So, I never wore/wear helmets on my bike. I always felt it blocked off too much of my peripheral vision and made me super unaware of my surroundings. Also they never seem to fit my head right, so when at top speeds, helmets I have used in the past moved around on my head, (very unsafe and uncomfortable). This helmet fits perfectly, has a wide eye frame and short nose/chin, which allows me to feel and see everything. Also super super warm! Biltwell made a helmet that I enjoy wearing. Not only is it super purposeful and useful, it looks pretty BA. Originally I had thought to return this helmet because the chin strap was a little uncomfortable. It felt too close to my throat. But after wearing it a few times, it’s not bad. The fit is so comfortable. I wear a 2XL and if you have a large head, this is a great size for the helmet. This is a great, comfortable helmet. My head is large at 33", so I decided to go up to an XL since I read the ECE helmets tend to run small. It's very comfortable and I've been very pleased with it. However, the all-snap face shield is a pain when you're trying to put on sunglasses, since you have to take it almost all the way off to get them on. It's a quality helmet but I wish I had bought a Gringo S with the more conventional, hinged shield.

Optical quality is not on par with stock. Detents are much stiffer than stock and don’t appear to be at same spots. Shield does not close without slamming it down unlike stock shield. Seems more flimsy than stock shield as well. I love this face shield and it is great for my helmet. It is a bit dark so you need to carry a clear shield if you are going to drive at night because this will make potholes and other debris really difficult to see at night. Works awesome. It's a little thinner than the stock shield and it doesn't use the pin lock . With the this shield dawn and the inner lens there is no eye strain on a bright sunny day. Overall I'm super happy with this product good value for the price Good alternative for a smoked visor. Shoei did not make a smoked outside shield

Look and fit great. The tint is just right. Not too dark, you can still see in doors. Only complaint is that the anti-fog coating is not that good. Starting fogging after wearing them about a week. The picture on Amazon shows it but I thought it was just a shadow. You can see that the lens is bent at the periphery. This creates a blurry line in the lens. Boo. High quality, optically clear, no distortion, great peripheral view. What more could you ask for? I have clears, ambers and smoked. Very happy with them. Have not tried them without a windshield, but I suspect they would be more than adequate. They work well on my Big Dog K-9 with a Wind Vest as well as my Street Glide with a 6-1/2" Klock Werks Flare windshield. I highly recommend them. Great for riding motorcycle 👍 very clear !!!!
